PAFCPIC is now accepting applications for Batch 23 of its Collegiate Scholarship Program. Privileges include tuition fees, monthly stipend, graduation bonus, review allowances and other incentives.
Here are the requirements:
DEPENDENT OF REGULAR / ASSOCIATE / *KILLED-IN-ACTION MEMBER
- Filled out scholarship application form
- 2 pieces of recent 2x2 photo
- Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
- School certification stating the General Weighted Average (GWA) in percentage (required GWA of 83% or above) from Grades 7 to 10 / junior high school
- Certificate of good moral character signed by high school guidance counselor or principal (specifically stating that the student has not been subjected to any disciplinary action)
- Recent Medical Certificate (within the past six (6) months)
- Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR – PSA copy) for unmarried sibling of a single member / sponsor
*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Death Certificate of KIA member / sponsor
- Spot Report of KIA member / sponsor
ACTIVE ENLISTED PERSONNEL (PHILIPPINE ARMY)
- Filled out scholarship application form
- 2 pieces of recent 2x2 photo
- Birth Certificate (PSA copy)
- Recent Medical Certificate (within the past six (6) months)
- Approved Study Leave (for using government time)
- Spot Report (if currently wounded-in-action)
Applicants may forward their filled out application form and other requirements to any PAFCPIC Satellite Office (PSO) until 31 October 2019. For more information, please inquire at your nearest PSO.
