Regular members who wish to run for candidacy may file their application forms until FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019 at the Office of the Cooperative Secretary (OCS), 3rd floor, Col Efren R Zaide Building, PAFCPIC Main Office, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City or their nearest satellite office.
This is in line with the conduct of the PAFCPIC 38th Annual General Assembly and Election on Saturday, 9 March 2019 at the Philippine Army Grandstand, Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila.
Available seats are as follows:
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
----- Three (3) seats for Officer category
----- Two (2) seats for Enlisted Personnel category
----- Two (2) seats for Civilian category
Qualifications:
- Must be a regular member in good standing of the Cooperative
- A Baccalaureate degree holder
- Of good moral character, proven integrity, probity and honesty
- Has the time and willingness to serve the Cooperative
- Must not be an incumbent member of an elective committee of the Cooperative
AUDIT & SUPERVISORY COMMITTEE
----- Two (2) seats
Qualifications:
- Must be a regular member in good standing of the Cooperative
- A Baccalaureate degree holder, preferably Major in Accounting or has at least five (5) years experience or trainings in related discipline
- Of good moral character, proven integrity, probity and honesty
- Has the time and willingness to serve the Cooperative
ELECTION COMMITTEE
----- One (1) seat for Officer category
----- One (1) seat for Civilian category
Qualifications:
- Must be a regular member in good standing of the Cooperative
- A Baccalaureate degree holder
- Of good moral character, proven integrity, probity and honesty
- Has the time and willingness to serve the Cooperative
Regular members who cannot personally attend the activity and exercise their right to vote may also submit duly accomplished Representative Forms until FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2019 at OCS, PAFCPIC Main Office, Bayani Road, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City or their nearest satellite office.
